Best Arabic skin analysis apps in 2026: an honest comparison
The best skin analysis app in Arabic depends on what you want: for a quick reading at no cost, the Garnier, Vichy and La Roche-Posay scanners are enough, and for a phone app in Arabic where you follow your own routine, Radien is a strong choice. If you want someone to follow your skin every day and adjust your steps, that is what SOLEMOSA offers: a reading from one photo, then Amina and her team day by day.
How did we compare the skin analysis apps?
We read each app's page on the App Store, Google Play and its official site on 31 October 2026, and wrote down only what those pages say: language, device, what the scan shows, whether anyone follows up afterwards, and the price where it is published. Anything we could not find is marked as not published.
We are SOLEMOSA, so we are one of the apps being compared. That is why we say plainly where others do better than us, and every source is linked at the end of the page.
Every app here says on its own page that it is skin care, not a medical diagnosis. That matters: the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) warns against apps that claim to detect skin disease from a photo.

SOLEMOSA: an Arabic skin analysis with a daily follow-up
SOLEMOSA is built in Arabic first and opens in the phone's browser, with nothing to download. You take one photo of your face, and the AI skin analysis reads it in about a minute: a score for your skin, its top 3 findings in order, and a morning and evening routine.
The difference comes after the analysis. Amina, the skincare expert on the team, writes to you every day and adjusts your steps to what you tell her about your skin. There is also «photograph your product»: send a photo or the name of a product and find out before you buy whether it suits your skin.
Payment works from any country with Visa, Mastercard, mada or Apple Pay, and the payment page shows the amount roughly in your own currency. It comes with a 7-day guarantee: if it did not help, your money comes back in full.
Where others do better: we have no app on the App Store or Google Play, the follow-up is a paid subscription with nothing at no charge, and Amina is a skincare expert, not a doctor.
Radien
Radien is a phone app for iPhone and Android, listed on the Arabic App Store as «رادين: تحليل البشرة والوجه». Arabic is one of the 6 languages it supports, with English, Turkish, French, German and Spanish.
From one selfie it gives a score out of 100 built on 5 measures: hydration, pores, spots, fine lines and evenness. With it come your skin age and type, a morning and evening routine, an ingredient scanner for products, and an automated chat coach that answers from your own results.
The download and the core analysis cost nothing, with ads; the full features come with a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription that costs less than ours. Its page says it is not a diagnostic tool.
Where Radien does better: a native app on both phones, a lower subscription, and you can start without paying. What it does not mention: follow-up by a person. The automated coach answers questions, and you adjust the routine yourself.
DermaScanAI
DermaScanAI is an app for iPhone and Android. Its App Store language is English and we found no Arabic version. It reads your skin from the photo and your profile, keeps your progress photos on a timeline, and analyses product ingredients.
The download costs nothing; the full features come with a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. Its page says it is for information and skincare tracking and is not a medical diagnosis tool, and it mentions no follow-up by a person.
Where it does better: the progress-photo timeline is clear if you like to see the change with your own eyes, and its subscription costs less than ours.
The brand scanners: what do Vichy, Garnier and La Roche-Posay offer?
These are analysis tools on the brands' own websites, at no charge, and each ends with a routine of that brand's products. Their strength is the big names behind them, and Vichy and La Roche-Posay built their tools with dermatologists.
Garnier SkinCoach AI has an Arabic page on the Garnier Arabia site: one selfie and a routine with Garnier products. Vichy SkinConsult AI reads the signs of your skin from a selfie and gives a morning and evening routine; we found no Arabic version on Vichy's Middle East site.
La Roche-Posay Spotscan+ is made for acne: 3 selfies, an acne grade from 0 to 5, and a routine of up to 4 products. According to L'Oréal's page it advises seeing a dermatologist from grade 3 upwards, and the photos are deleted after the analysis.
What they do not include: anyone following you after the result. You take the routine and carry on by yourself.
Which app suits whom?
The choice starts with one question: do you want a single reading, or someone who stays with you after it?
- You want a quick reading at no cost and you buy from one brand: that brand's own scanner.
- Acne is your main concern and you want a grade for it: La Roche-Posay Spotscan+.
- You want a phone app that supports Arabic and you follow your routine yourself: Radien.
- You write in English and like to see your progress photos: DermaScanAI.
- You want someone to read what happened to your skin every day and adjust your steps in Arabic: SOLEMOSA.
Quick questions
Is AI skin analysis accurate?
It is accurate at reading what shows in the photo when the photo is clear: natural light in front of you, no makeup and no filter. But every app in this comparison says it is a reading of the surface, not a medical diagnosis, and the AAD warns against any app that claims to detect skin disease from a photo.
Does it replace a dermatologist?
No. Any medical condition, such as deep painful acne, a mole that changes or irritation that does not settle, belongs with a dermatologist. These apps, SOLEMOSA included, are for everyday skin care and arranging your routine only, and they never touch medicine from your doctor.
How much does it cost?
SOLEMOSA: SAR 99 a month or SAR 25 a week, or the equivalent in your currency; the first week is SAR 19, then SAR 25 each week. It renews automatically, you can stop it any time, and it comes with a 7-day guarantee. Radien and DermaScanAI cost nothing to download and their subscriptions cost less, and the brand scanners cost nothing.
Does it work outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. SOLEMOSA opens from any country, and payment works with Visa, Mastercard, mada or Apple Pay. The price is in Saudi riyals, and the payment page shows roughly what it is in your own currency.
What is the difference between an analysis and a follow-up?
An analysis is a picture of your skin today: a score, findings and a routine. The follow-up is what comes after: someone who reads what happened to your skin each day and adjusts your steps, easing a step that made your face feel tight and keeping one that calmed it. Most apps give you the analysis; SOLEMOSA adds the follow-up with Amina and her team.
Your plan, not a general one
Everything above is general guidance from the sources. What suits your skin, in which order and how often is what Amina arranges once she has read your skin — and she follows you on it every day.
